Sorrel is a traditional Caribbean drink made from hibiscus, freshly grated ginger and a blend of spices. It is typically enjoyed at Easter and Christmas but it can be enjoyed all year around. Our sorrel is made from the highest quality hibiscus imported from all around the world and sweetened with honey. We have brought the recipe for our sorrel over from Jamaica and perfected it over the years. Our homemade sorrel is still, sweet and has a slight gingery kick, that nicely compliments the richness of hibiscus. It is best enjoyed with ice on its own or as a mixer with rum, whiskey or red wine.
